The Fine Print

For meetings in London I require a 30% deposit in advance. The full amount will be refunded if you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice.

You can pay by bank transfer or, if you prefer to stay anonymous, send a prepaid gift voucher through my Throne page here: https://throne.com/beatrizbianchi. Once it’s received, your appointment will be confirmed and secured.

If you cancel within 24 hours of our scheduled meeting, your deposit can be applied toward a future booking within the next three months.

Cancellations made on the day of the appointment, or without sufficient notice, will result in the deposit becoming non-refundable.

If for any reason I need to cancel an appointment (which never happens), I will refund you in full.

For hotel bookings, as a security measure for all new clients, I do ask for their full name, room number and I do need to make sure they are in the room they say they are.

For residential bookings, a recent utility bill may also be requested to confirm the address. This is simply for safety and discretion.

Please note that international transfers cannot be processed on the same day of our meeting, as they need time to clear – do allow a few business days for this.
